At JAMboreé, we believe privacy is a right—both on the dancefloor and online. Just as we protect your image with our “No Phone” policy, we protect your personal information with strict security standards. This document outlines what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT We collect only the information necessary to facilitate your ticket purchases, entry into events, and participation in The JAMboreé Community loyalty program.

  • Personal Details: First Name, Last Name, Birthday.

  • Contact Methods: Email Address and Mobile Phone Number. (Note: Your phone number acts as your unique identifier for our loyalty system).

  • Purchase History: Details about tickets bought via our ticketing partner (Dice.fm). We do not store your financial payment details or card numbers on our servers.

  • Usage Logs: Timestamps of when you scan your loyalty pass at our venues.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use your data to deliver the experience you signed up for.

  • Event Logistics: Sending venue locations and entry instructions via Email or SMS.

  • Loyalty Tracking: Calculating your points, status tiers (Plum/Silver/Gold), and verifying reward redemptions.

  • Communication: Sending updates about upcoming shows, merchandise drops, private event recordings on SoundCloud, and other membership perks.

3. SMS & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS By registering for The JAMboreé Community loyalty program or purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive text messages and emails from JAMboreé.

  • Frequency: We value your attention. We send only essential messages limited to event announcements and important updates.

  • Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in the footer. You can opt-out of SMS at any time by replying “STOP”.

4. LOYALTY PASS & GEOFENCING Our digital passes (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet) utilize location services technology.

  • How it works: Your pass may automatically appear on your lock screen when you are in close proximity to a JAMboreé venue.

  • Privacy: This uses your device’s native GPS. We do not track your location history. We only define the coordinates of our venue so your phone knows when to show the pass.

5. THIRD-PARTY SHARING We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We strictly operate with trusted service providers:

  • Dice.fm: For secure ticketing and door lists.

  • Wallet Providers: Apple and Google (for pass storage).
