THE AGREEMENT.

Welcome to JAMboreé. By purchasing a ticket, joining The JAMboreé Community loyalty program, or entering any of our venues, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. TICKETING & REFUNDS

All tickets for JAMboreé events are sold exclusively through our official partner, Dice.fm.

  • All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a full cancellation of the show.

  • Transfers: Ticket transfers must be processed officially through the Dice.fm app’s “Send to a Friend” feature. We do not accept screenshots or third-party resale tickets (e.g., StubHub) at the door.

  • Lineup Changes: Artist lineups are subject to change without notice. Refunds are not issued for artist cancellations.

2. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Possession of a ticket does not guarantee entry. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who appears intoxicated or threatens the safety of our guests.

  • Age Restriction: All events are strictly 21+.

  • Identification: You must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport). Photos of IDs on your phone are not accepted.

  • Search Policy: All guests are subject to a security search upon entry. Prohibited items (weapons, outside alcohol, illegal substances) will be confiscated.

3. THE PHONE POLICY

To preserve the atmosphere, JAMboreé enforces a strict “No Phone” policy on the dancefloor.

  • Stickers: Upon entry, a tamper-evident sticker will be placed over your phone’s camera lenses.

  • Usage: Mobile phones may only be used in designated lobby areas or outdoor smoking zones.

  • Violation: Removal of the sticker or unauthorized recording inside the venue will result in immediate ejection without refund.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. By entering, you agree to our Code of Inclusion.

  • Behavior: Any form of violence, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or sexual harassment will result in a permanent ban from all future events and The JAMboreé Community loyalty program.

  • Consent: Touching or photographing others without explicit consent is a violation of these terms.

5. THE JAMBOREÉ COMMUNITY (LOYALTY PROGRAM)

Membership in our loyalty program is a privilege, not a right.

  • No Cash Value: Points earned have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to revoke points or terminate accounts if we detect fraudulent activity (e.g., manipulating the scanning system, creating duplicate accounts).

  • Program Changes: JAMboreé reserves the right to modify point values, reward tiers, or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.

6. HEALTH & SAFETY

Our events often take place in industrial warehouse settings.

  • Assumption of Risk: By attending, you assume all risks associated with a nightclub environment, including but not limited to: high-volume sound, strobe lighting, and crowded spaces.

  • Liability: JAMboreé is not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal property (including items left at Coat Check).

7. MEDIA RELEASE

While guests are prohibited from filming, official JAMboreé photographers/videographers may be present to document the energy of the night prior to entering the dance floor. The dance floor will have its audio recorded by JAMboreé Staff via an audio recorder plugged into the DJ equipment. The audio, including music, will to be shared to all ticket purchasers of the night for future listening.

  • Consent: By entering the venue, you consent to being filmed, recorded, or photographed as part of the crowd. These images, videos, and recordings may be used for future marketing and promotional materials.
