SAFETY FIRST. PARTY SECOND

We acknowledge the risks of nightlife. We are dedicated to mitigating them through education, support, and zero judgment.

A COMMUNITY LOOKS OUT FOR ITS OWN.

Real safety isn’t about strict policing; it’s about awareness and care. At JAMboreé, we practice active harm reduction. This means we provide the tools and environment necessary for you to make informed decisions and stay safe while you dance.

FREE HYDRATION

Dehydration is the enemy. Stay hydrated and dance all night long.

  • Free, cold water is available at a self serve station at the venue. You never have to pay to stay hydrated at JAMboreé.

HEARING PROTECTION

The music will be loud. We recommend protecting your ears from long term damage.

  • Free, foam earplugs are available at our merchandise stand at every event. We recommend Loops Earplugs for those looking for a high-fidelity earplug investment.

THE RECHARGE ZONE

Overwhelmed? Need a minute?

  • Every JAMboreé event features a designated “Recharge” area away from the dance floor with seating available on a first come first serve basis.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP

Our security and floor staff are here to help make the dance floor a safe environment.

OUR PLEDGE

SUPPORT SYSTEM

Our team is not just security, they are also a support system. We are prepared for emergencies.

NON-JUDGMENTAL HELP

If you are having a difficult experience, whether physical or emotional, you can come to us for support.

THE EXIT PLAN

Stranded? If you are unable to get home safely, alert a staff member. We will help you arrange a ride or contact a friend before we close the doors.

YOUR ROLE

PACE YOURSELF

The dance floor is a marathon, not a sprint. Drink water between drinks. Take breaks in the Recharge area. Listen to your body.

THE BUDDY SYSTEM

Arrive together. Check in with each other. Leave together. If your friend looks like they are fading, get them water and alert one of our staff members immediately.

KNOW YOUR SOURCE

We advocate for informed decisions. Know exactly what you are consuming. If you aren't sure, don't take it.

KNOW YOUR BODY.

  • Pace Yourself: Come early. Stay late. The night is long. There is no rush.

  • Buddy System: Arrive together, check in with each other, leave together.

  • Test Your Stuff: We strongly advocate for knowing exactly what you are consuming. Resources for testing are often available via our community partners.

AGREEMENT OF ENTRY.

Purchase of a ticket to a JAMboreé event consitutes your agreement to our Code of Inclusion. We reserve the right to remove anyone who threatens the safety of our community.
